Milosz Balcerzak is a New York State Licensed Home Inspector. Milosz has over 20 years experience in the fields of engineering and construction, and has been inspecting homes and buildings for over 8 years now. He spends on average 3-4 hours in the field during an inspection with clients and provides a detailed 50 to 60 page written, narrative typed report with photos, to both the clients and to their attorneys, in pdf email copy format.
